Almost certainly the 'Bert' Chedzoy who was the parish sexton and gravedigger of Stoke St Gregory (identification very likely but not yet fully confirmed). He was filmed in the BBC 'Man Alive' documentary 'All on a Summer's Day' (broadcast 20 September 1967 on BBC Two), having served the village for over 60 years.
