Overview

eBay Sold History & Sales Spy (publisher: Chedgzoy) is a free Chrome / Edge browser extension that displays a summary of the publicly available sales history data on eBay listing pages. This page explains exactly what the extension does – and what it deliberately doesn’t do – with your data.

What the extension accesses

The extension's content scripts run only on these pages, and only inside your browser:

What the extension stores

The extension stores nothing. The panel re-renders fresh on each page; there is no configuration, no cache, and no preferences carried between visits. If a future version stores anything (for example a remembered open/closed panel state) the extension will declare a local-only Chrome storage permission and this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is stored.

What is collected, transmitted or shared

Nothing. Specifically:

The only network requests that occur on the pages the extension touches are the requests your browser would make anyway when you visit those eBay pages directly.

Permissions explained

Data security

Because no data leaves your browser, there is nothing held on any server controlled by chedgzoy.com. All processing is done locally in your browser session and is discarded when you close or navigate away from the eBay page.

Children’s privacy

The extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change. For any change that affects what data is accessed or stored, a note will also be added to the eBay Sold History & Sales Spy page.
