Daughter of William Chedzoy (#53) and Rachel Sperring. Her baptism falls in the Stoke St Gregory register gap (about 1812 to 1817) and is not in FreeREG, so her birth of about 1815 is carried from WikiTree and the GEDCOM.
Married George Whaits on 26 Sep 1841 at Stoke St Gregory, recorded under the CHEDGZOY spelling (FreeREG, Stoke St Gregory St Gregory parish register).
Her death is for the census and civil-registration (Ancestry) pass.
{CENSUS} 1881 and 1891 Stoke St Gregory, unmarried (still recorded under surname Chedzoy aged ~66/76). Birthplace given as Pitney, Somerset in both censuses (our record says Stoke St Gregory; minor discrepancy, same rare-surname woman). [Ancestry census index, transcription]. Possible death: England and Wales Civil Reg. Death Index Jun 1899 Somerset (probable, not confirmed - she is alive in the 1891 census).
