Daughter of James Chedzoy (#1767) and Sarah (nee Wilment), baptised 3 Jan 1841 at Stoke St Gregory (CHEDGZOY spelling, father a mason; FreeREG).
She died young: a Rachel Chedgzoy was buried at Stoke St Gregory on 4 Feb 1844 (FreeREG), matching her recorded death of 29 Jan 1844, aged about 3. (This also helps separate her from her aunt Rachel #59, the other 1844 Rachel burial at the parish, on 11 Dec 1844.)
